DuBois Area High School Rifle Team Wins State Championship

The DuBois Area High School rifle team won its third straight state high school smallbore rifle championship this past weekend at the DuBois Rifle & Pistol Club.

DuBois won a nail-biter, scoring 2161 points. North Star took second with a score of 2160 and Somerset was third with 2159.

Twenty-eight schools and 68 shooters were in the smallbore competition.
